There are two goats that are starving but the goats neck is bound by a string, so the goats wants to eat the grass that is in front of them. but the goat could not reach it because the rope tied around their neck was too short.
in the end the two goats were tired and the idea of the two goats to reach could eat the grass should work together to eat it, wading into the grass alternately...
